• What do you charge for your graphic design services?
  The rates are $95/hour.

  Yes, of course! We’ll help you at every step along the way! We’ll listen to your needs and tell you what your options are. A job may seem overwhelming until you have the right experts helping you out. We can put things in perspective and offer solutions to conflicts that may not have been considered.
• Does Snowcha Design provide web hosting services?
  No, we currently don't offer web hosting for new clients. However we offer Website maintenance for $95/month, it includes weekly maintenance for updates and upgrades, monthly backup.
• Is the artwork our property once paid for?
  Yes – 100%.
• Why can"t I see my website on my mobile device? Can you help me?
  Yes we can! We can redesign your website to be retina ready, responsive, and compatible to new technology.
• Can you redesign my website?
  Yes! We can and will redesign, refresh, and improve your website"s design, speeds, and functionality. So your company can gain the reputation you always wanted.
• What"s your policies for meetings/late fees/no show for appointments?
  Appointments and Meetings: Our time is valuable, and so is yours. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In return, We promise to honor our appointments, and be on time as well. Late payment: We charge 10% (every week after the due date!) of late fee for the late payment, however if you contacted me before the due date, we can discuss about payments. Thank you!
